All orders will be processed within 48 business hours. All packages are insured.
All shipping listed is stated for single item purchases only. Multiple items may require new shipping calculations.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Additional shipping charges may apply. Make sure you provide a phone number or email address with your order. We will be glad to confirm your total before shipping. Orders placed outside of regional area will require additional shipping charges not reflected above. You will be contacted via phone or email prior to the addition of any shipping costs and/or alternate delivery times. Shipping prices may be higher in these areas depending on weight.

OUR "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" POLICY:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return any item for refund, credit or exchange if it is in "resalable" condition, within 30 days. (This policy does not include videotapes, DVD's or custom clothes.) Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of the products. Use of products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies this warranty.

RETURNS POLICY:
If you experience a problem with any of our products, simply fill out the return/exchange form provided on the back of your invoice, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. This return/exchange form must accompany all returns.

Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. No credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 30 days after purchase. No credits or refunds for forwarding shipping charges.
